OVERVIEW:	Participation in most of the sessions at the Annual Meeting is restricted to the delegations from the Contracting Parties and observers/guests who are invited by the Commission. Only the 1st and 2nd Plenary sessions are open to the general public.

TRANSPORTATION:	To/From Busan Gimhae International Airport to Lotte Hotel Busan: While there are public buses running from the airport (#307, #310) to city centre (30-60 min. pending traffic), taxis are the easiset mode if transportation from the airport to Lotte Hotel Busan.
