Workshop Registration Includes:
- Regular registration: US $150.00
- Transportation (shuttle bus) between Four Points by Sheraton Hakodate and workshop venue
- Attendance to oral and poster sessions
- Program and abstract booklet

- Reception on May 22, 2021 (additional 6,000 Japanese Yen or US$60.00 for students and companions)

3. Book your hotel at the Four Points by Sheraton Hakodate:

4. Order your traditional Japanese Bento lunch for the workshop:
Since there are no restaurants within walking-distance of the workshop venue, we strongly recommend all workshop participants order Bento lunches. All Bento orders come with a Tetra Pak—350 mL of Oi Ocha (traditional Japanese green tea, unsweetened). Prices listed below include applicable taxes, service, and delivery charges.
Workshop participants who ordered Bentos are to pick them up from the NPAFC Secretariat staff at the workshop registration table during each lunch period. No Bento orders will be accepted after Monday, May 18, 2020. Therefore, please kindly order your Bentos as early as possible. Availability for the different types of Bentos will be first come, first serve. *Pictures shown below may vary from actual product*
